Conditions for cancellations

Cancellations are to be made in writing at the latest four working days before the event in question. We request your understanding for the fact that we charge the full participation fee in the case of a no show, or if the cancellation is not made within the stipulated period. We regret that entrance tickets for events cannot be cancelled.
